What exactly is The White Tee?
The White Tee is a private indoor golf club in Odessa, Florida. Three simulator bays with ProTee VX launch monitors and GSPro simulation — including Bay 1, The Studio Bay, which is equipped with 4K cameras and full content creation infrastructure. Plus a members lounge, bar, putting green, fitness corner, and a podcast and cowork studio — all inside a purpose-built 3,000 sq ft facility. Opening Summer 2026.
Do I need a membership to play?
No. Walk-in bay rentals are available by the hour once we open. Non-members can book a bay and play without any commitment. That said, members get priority booking windows, monthly hour allocations at a better per-hour rate, full access to the member app, and entry into all club tournaments.
What are the membership options?
Three tiers — White Tee (6 hrs/mo, off-peak access), Black Tee (8 hrs/mo, peak + off-peak), and Signature Tee (12 hrs/mo, peak + off-peak, up to 2 hours rollover). All tiers include full member app access and access to club tournaments. A White Tee Tour add-on is available for members who want to compete week-to-week.
What is Founder pricing and why does it matter?
The first 30 members lock in a 10% discount on their monthly rate — for as long as they remain active members. When we open to the public, prices go up. Founders keep their rate as long as their membership stays active and in good standing — if a membership is ever paused or cancelled, the founder rate does not apply upon rejoining. Founders also get a longer booking window, a limited edition Founder Kit, recognition on the Founder Wall, and an invitation to the private Opening Night event.
How do bay hours work? Do they roll over?
Each membership includes a set number of bay hours per month — hours are used when you book a bay session. They reset on your monthly billing date. Signature Tee members can roll over up to 2 unused hours to the following month. White Tee and Black Tee hours do not roll over. Need more hours in a given month? Additional time is available at walk-in rates.
What simulator technology do you use?
Each bay runs a ProTee VX launch monitor — dual cameras, club-face impact analysis, and AI-powered shot data. Paired with GSPro simulation software, you can play Augusta National, Pebble Beach, TPC Sawgrass, and hundreds of other courses with realistic physics. Ultra-bright high-lumen projection keeps every course sharp and true to life.
What is the AR floor projection?
After every shot, your data — swing speed, ball speed, spin rate, carry distance — is projected live onto the bay floor beneath you. No screen to look away at. No heads-up display to navigate. Your numbers become part of the physical space around you. It's one of the things that makes The White Tee unlike anything else in Tampa Bay.
What does the member app actually do?
It's a full performance dashboard for your golf game. Every round is tracked shot-by-shot with hole scoring, fairways, GIR, and putts. You get a full strokes gained breakdown — off the tee, approach, short game, putting. After every session, an AI coach analyzes your performance and gives you a personalized practice plan. The app also tracks your real club distances, runs a smart caddie for live club recommendations, and shows live PGA Tour and White Tee Tour leaderboards.
What is The White Tee Tour?
A weekly simulated tour that mirrors the PGA Tour schedule. If the pros are playing Pebble Beach this week, so are you — same course, same conditions. Play your round any time within a 7-day window using your existing bay hours. Gross and net divisions are tracked all season on a live leaderboard in the app. Season also includes member invitationals and the Founders Cup — exclusive to founding members.
Is this only for low handicappers or advanced golfers?
Not at all. The data and AI coaching tools are especially valuable for golfers who are still developing their game — you'll improve faster with real feedback than you ever would hitting balls blind. The atmosphere at The White Tee is relaxed and social, not intimidating. Think modern members club, not country club. All skill levels are welcome.
Is there a long-term contract?
Memberships begin with a 3-month initial commitment, then convert to month-to-month. After the commitment period, cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Monthly fees already processed are non-refundable. Founder pricing is tied to continuous active membership — pausing or cancelling forfeits the founder rate permanently.
