By using our Site or submitting information through our waitlist or membership forms, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Golf profile information: Handicap range, intended frequency of play, and intended use of the facility
• Membership preferences: Tier interest, founding member interest
• Account information: Email and password for member portal accounts (passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text)

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our Site:

• Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, device type (desktop or mobile), and general geographic region (not precise location)

  • Vercel (website hosting) — your visits to our Site pass through Vercel’s infrastructure

We retain waitlist data for as long as necessary to manage our pre-opening process, or until you request deletion. Once membership enrollment opens, waitlist data for non-converting contacts will be retained for a maximum of 24 months after our opening date, after which it will be deleted.

Member account data is retained for the duration of active membership, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years as required by Florida law for business records).

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information from our systems, subject to any legal retention requirements. To request removal from our waitlist and deletion of your data, email us at info@thewhitetee.club with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”

We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Our Site uses minimal cookies and tracking — primarily for anonymous analytics (page views, visit counts) to help us understand how people find and use the Site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
