Liability Waiver

By using the facilities at The White Tee ("the Club"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. Golf simulator activities involve inherent risks — physical injury from swinging clubs, contact with equipment or other guests, slipping or falling, and equipment malfunction. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, release The White Tee, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury sustained while using the Club's facilities, equipment, or services.
3. MEDICAL FITNESS. I am in good physical condition with no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, and I accept sole responsibility for my physical well-being during my visit.
4. FACILITY RULES. I agree to follow all Club rules on equipment use, bay conduct, and facility access, and will not use equipment recklessly. I am responsible for any damage from my improper use.
5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY. If accompanying minors or other guests, I accept responsibility for their compliance and safety.
6. PHOTO & VIDEO. The Club may photograph or film in the bays and common areas and may use those images to promote the Club, including on our website, newsletter, and social media. If you do not wish your likeness to be used, check the opt-out box below and we will not publish any image in which you are identifiable. You may also withdraw permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the image. Security cameras operate at all times for safety and are never used promotionally. The Club does not publish images of anyone under 18.
7. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The White Tee from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my actions at the Club.
8. GOVERNING LAW. Governed by the laws of Florida; disputes resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida. Binding on me, my heirs, and legal representatives.
